Tailored Solutions

Our Approach

Our approach is based on understanding your needs, as every client is different and requires personalized solutions. In order to establish this we can either help design a scope of work (SOW) with you, or base our tender on your existing SOW. We like to complete a thorough quality and condition survey. This free of charge service can benefit your organization in several ways: confirms your asset register and also provides an indication on infrastructure, hard services longevity and soft service requirements and improvement opportunities. These areas are important for budgeting and forecasting and assist you in determining quality expectation as well as whole life cycle of your investment.

Typically, we can respond to your enquiry with a physical visit within 24 hours of first contact and ensuring that available information is accessible (As built drawings, ease of access, client representative) we can quickly respond with a fully costed bid with realistic and solid explanations as to how we would manage your needs. Mobilization details are shared with you in the form of a Gantt chart and from this moment on we ensure total commitment and communication to keep you informed.

 Case Study

Scenario

We were offered the opportunity to act as Managing Agents for hard and soft services for one of Kuwait’s most iconic and notable health research and treatment centres. At the forefront of pioneering contemporary research and established as the GCC Centre of medical excellence, this project was given a two-year life cycle.

Brief

To seamlessly take control of 13 sub-contractors, understand their methodologies, set manageable performance standards, action failure and improve the total service offering, whilst rationalizing costs.

Approach

A small team were based on site for a full week, with access rights to Cad drawings, all contracts and the opportunity to carry out physical observation over 24 hour periods.

Findings

The findings were presented to senior management and categorized using a red, amber, green (RAG) risk approach (delivery confidence Assessment).

As a solutions-based organization, we offered time bound and costed solutions to each urgent, high risk scenario, particularly where potential catastrophic disaster had been identified.

  • Savings of 400,000.00 KD were delivered over the 24 months of the contract,

  • Accreditation to an international accreditation body was achieved,

  • A full Scope of Work for all services was developed in harmony with each service provider,

  • Key Performance Indicators were agreed and introduced,

  • Successful tendering processes were managed with all 13 sub-contractors,

  • Compliance with MEW, KFD and other regulatory bodies was maintained,

  • Catastrophic disaster plans were developed, with training given hospital wide,

  • Policies, procedures and protocols were written for all 13 sub-contractors,

  • Emergency power was redistributed, a second MRI centre was opened as our project, a bariatric chamber was introduced as our project,
